Accreditation according to
DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018
Tascon GmbH is a testing laboratory accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025:2018 (new edition of DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025:2005) for tests, analyses and questions concerning surface analysis, layer analysis and material analysis. The quality management system also fulfils the requirements of a certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015. A flexible accreditation according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 exists for the testing procedures of ToF-SIMS analytics, XPS analytics and optical profilometry. This flexibilization allows Tascon as a testing laboratory to adapt the procedures at short notice according to the requirements of the analytics for the customer or to develop and validate new testing and analysis procedures for the accredited analysis methods and to put them into force immediately within the scope of the flexible accreditation according to DIN EN ISO /IEC 17025.

Accredition according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018
At the end of January 2020, the audit for the conversion to the new revision of the standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 took place. The audit was passed without any deviations. We are pleased that we remain a flexibly accredited laboratory even under the new standard. We expect the DAkkS to issue the corresponding certificate shortly, which will then be made available for download here.
